The discussion of Imamate, especially the Imamate of Imam al-Mahdi, is one of the most important and fundamental topics in the teachings of Twelver Shiˈa; In such a way that what distinguishes Shiˈa from other Islamic religions is the belief in the birth and existence of the Imam of Time, Imam Mahdi. Shiˈite scholars have given several reasons to prove this important matter. In the present article, the mentioned subject has been investigated by a "descriptive-analytical" method from the view of Ᾱyat-allah Jawādi Ᾱmoli. In his valuable scholarly works, using reason, the Quran, Hadiths, and history, he has expressed important and enlightening content in this regard. In addition to the aforementioned sources, some reliable sources such as Uṣūl al-Kafi, Kamāl al-Din, and Biḥār al-Anwār have been used. Since Mahdism, according to the ˈAllāmah, is the continuation of the Imamate, the reasons for proving Imamate are also used to prove Mahdism. In his view, the existent Promised Mahdi is a fact rooted in all religions, and in the religion of Islam, the verses of the Qur'an and authentic narrations refer to his existence. From ˈAllāmah's point of view, for Imam Mahdi there are special conditions that separate him from the other people of the Ummah, which include: infallibility, explicit statement, and being the most learned.

وجود صفات للإمام المهدی# من منظار العلامة عبد الله الجوادی الآملی فاطمة الصالحی [1] الخلاصة: یعتبر البحث عن الإمامة ولاسیما البحث ذات العلاقة بمولانا الإمام صاحب العصر والزمان# واحد من البحوث المهمة والأساسیة المعتمدة عند المذهب الشیعی، إذ إن مایمیز هذه الطائفة الحقة عن غیرها من المذاهب الإسلامیة الأخرى هو الإیمان والإعتقاد الجازم بولادة الإمام ووجوده المبارک. وقد أورد علماء الشیعة الأعلام الکثیر من الأدلة والبرهان الناصعة فی خصوص هذا الأمر المهم، وقد أخذ هذا البحث على عاتقه دراسة هذا الموضوع من منظار العلامة عبد الله الجوادی الآملی بالإسلوب الوصفی – التحلیلی . وعمل سماحته ومن خلال تألیفاته العلمیة والقیمة والإستفادة من الأدلة العقلیة والکتاب والسنة والتاریخ على بیان مواضیع مهمة وواضحة للغایة . هذا وبالإضافة الى المصادر هذه فقد إعتمد سماحته على مصادر معتبرة أخرى من قبیل اصول الکافی، کمال الدین، بحار الانوار، وبما ان المهدویة من منظار العلامة الآملی هی دیمومة وإستمراریة لطریق الإمامة لذا فقد جاء بالإدلة الواردة فی إثبات الإمامة لإثبات المهدویة ومن منظار العلامة فإن المهدی الموجود والموعود هو حقیقة تمتد جذورها فی جمیع الأدیان وفی الدین الإسلامی الحنیف، وتشیر الآیات القرآنیة وکذلک الروایات الشریفة المعتبرة الى حیاته المبارکة، وطبقاً لرأی سماحته فإن للإمام المهدی# شروط وصفات خاصة تفصله وتبرزه عن بقیة أفراد الأمة ومن جملتها العصمة والنص والأعلمیة . المصطلحات المحوریة: المهدویة، العلامة الجوادی الآملی، الإمام المهدی#.
