This study examines methods for cultivating competent human resources in managerial roles aligned with the model of a Mahdavi standard government. Given the paramount importance of human capital in realizing Mahdi’s ideals, the paper analyzes the educational approaches required to develop exemplary and effective managers. It discusses strategies such as: employing Mahdavi inspired role models, fostering intellectual empowerment, strengthening the sense of responsibility, creating a healthy organizational environment, supportive of creativity and collaboration.
The role of religious scholars as advisors and mentors in shaping these managers is also emphasized. Using a descriptive‑analytical methodology and library research, this work offers a structured framework for training successful leaders who can pave the way for Imam Mahdi’s advent. The findings aim to assist policymakers and administrators in applying Mahdavi‑principles to nurture the human capital essential for achieving the objectives of a Mahdavi‑standard government.
