Delinquency refers to the deviant behavior of young people who have not reached the legal age. Delinquency occupies the minds of many people in society and allocates the power of many people for itself. The relatives of a culprit are among the criminal people in this regard. Criminals can do a lot of harm to the community awaiting the Imam of the Age; hence, delinquency is considered as one of the obstacles of dynamic Awaiting. In this article which, in addition to the library method, the field research method is also used, we intend to take a step towards examining the degree of the impact of delinquency on dynamic Awaiting through analysis and questionnaires.
Many people in the society deal with criminals, and if they do not have high levels of the Awaiting, they will lose the success of the real expectation for the advent of Sāhib al-Amr (the master of authority, Imam Mahdi) or they will implement this truth in their lives in a limited way. Accordingly, trying to reduce crimes in society is a holy Jihad (combat) that prevents the loss of human and material capital in a society, and if properly and efficiently managed, it will be a valuable and strong arm and help for society.
